More than 30 years ago, our senior staff developed a process called OSTA that today is implemented around the world. For every project we manage we use two proprietary processes called Integrated Creativity and OSTA created by our CEO and founder. Integrated Creativity is an Eight-Step process starting with Discovery and ending with Evaluation that is built around Ideation. And OSTA is systemic process of achieving objectives by understanding The Actions Items that need to be completed to accomplish the Task, by completing the Task that need to be successful to implement a Strategy, and by adhering to Strategies to achieve the Objective.

Our team is made up of a collection of experienced project leaders and successful business leaders. We have seasoned executives. marketing professionals, trade show planners, sales executives, online marketers, engineers, accountants, military veterans, diversification experts, financial planners, former Big 6 accounting partners, consultants, construction managers, logistics experts, IT professionals, certified ethical hackers, media buyers and more on staff. Our staff is primarily based in Colorado Springs, but we have staff in Malta, the EU, India, Canada, South Africa, Singapore, and Australia as well.
