We work with 12 different booth construction companies around the United States, four in Canada, six in Europe, seven in Asia, three in South America, and three in Africa. 

Booth construction requires critical attention to numerous details from start to finish. Plus, a clear understanding of often overlooked questions, such as, how does it ship, pack and store? how easy is it to set up and tear down? what materials can be used and what should be avoided? 

Our team has over 30 years experience to stay on top of all aspects of booth construction to make sure you never go over budget and get a booth in the end that meets all your criteria for years to come. 

We highly recommend setting up your booth, complete with samples, literature, and promotional giveaways long before it is transported to the next show. There is nothing worse than getting on sight and finding a light is missing or a graphic is damaged. 

Our pre show team sends a detailed report of each pre show set up and can conduct a live zoom call to show you. We will also host your staff if you desire to see the booth in person each time. bklipps handles all pre-show inspections for you.

Shipping and drayage costs can sometimes cost more than the show itself. We work closely with five major shipping brokers to insure your OTR shipping costs are as low as possible, but your cargo is safe and arrives at the marshalling yard on time. 

Then through careful planning and contract negotiation we do all we can to minimize your drayage expenses and get your booth to the proper location on time for early assembly. This effort has been known to reduce drayage expenses by 10-20% in some locations.

bklipps inc has overseen the installation and dismantle of 1000's of booth. We can hire you a dedicated team in each market or manage an install and dismantle team nationwide. We work with all the premier IND teams and then directly manage them on-site, overseeing every single install and dismantle to handle any problems right there on site. All you have to do is show up for the show. 

For smaller booths that do not require a team our staff can complete the set-up for you so your staff is not wasting precious hours, they could be focused on clients. 

We provide live updates via text and email so you can see the progress on every booth set-up no matter what size.

How much electricity is needed, where is it needed, daily porter services, nightly cleaning, food service, AV needs, furniture rentals, plants, catering, liquor license, security, disinfection, and anything else you can think of.

If you do not have your own lead generation system, we can help set you up. We work with six different lead generation software and hardware companies that can help manage your trade show lead management system, based on your needs.
